The Lunar concrete and steel light is constructed from individual cast concrete segments bolted between an edging ring plate and a mid connector plate, with the bulb holder section bolted atop the mid connector plate.  The connecting bolts fix into threaded inserts set into the concrete elements while in the mould during the casting process.

The light is suspended from a heavy duty steel eye nut and hand forged steel hanging rod or chain which is made to suit the required drop of the light.

The external surface of the shade is a smooth raw concrete while in contrast, the inner reflective surface of the shade has a ‘cratered moonscape’ appearance and texture.

‘The Ring” Concrete and steel pendent light is engineered in two sections, the conical upper concrete section houses the bulb fitting and the lower fluted raw concrete ring shade. The two separate concrete components are connected via a ‘spoked’ steel ring plate with the connection to the concrete made by bolts into threaded inserts set into the concrete during the casting process.

The dimensions: Shade diameter 288mm by 100mm in height, and the overall height to the top of the eye nut is 233mm  The light is suspended by a steel eye nut and 30x20x5mm steel chain.

The “S2” concrete bare bulb pendent is a minimalist fluted pendant light fitting with a hard edged Brutalist feel. This raw concrete exposed bulb holder is best coupled with a larger bulb, as the exposed bulb is part of the visual appeal of this type of lamp. (bulb not included)
I feel larger bulbs are visually better in these fittings, I use a 90mm diameter globe bulb in this size concrete pendant.

The UF-Zer0 Concrete pendant light.  Suspended from a heavy duty industrial eye ring, hand forged S-hook and heavy gauge steel chain.  The glass bulkhead dome lens is a “new old stock’ M.O.D issue from the early 1950’s, and they were still in their original MOD packaging when I sourced them.

The light is engineered in two separate concrete sections. The upper section that houses the porcelain E27 screw bulb fitting is bolted to the lower shade section via inserts set into the concrete during the casting process.

Both sections are cast in one piece moulds so there are no split lines in the concrete surface.

A new variation on the UF-One industrial exposed bulb cast concrete pendent, the UF-One-X is the same raw concrete pendant light fitting but with detailed steel edging ring layers.  Supplied with heavy duty steel hanging eye nut and chain.

A 45mm x 110mm cigar shaped filament bulb works well with this size pendent (bulb not included).

The Lander Brutalist Concrete Light is a minimalist pendant fitting with a hard edged industrial feel. The surface finish is a light grey raw concrete, smooth yet with the classic random blow holes left by air bubbles trapped on the mould surface during the casting process.
The Lander is cast with my lightweight formula concrete mix that reduces the mass by a third compared to a standard concrete mix, as a result it’s weight is just over  1Kg. The flex has a maximum weight carrying capacity of 2.5Kg.

The Lander 2 is a raw cast concrete pendant lamp with steel edging ring to the lip of the shade, a heavy duty steel eye nut, hand forged S-hook, steel chain, and vertical fin details to the upper lamp body. The edging ring is bolted into threaded inserts that are set into the concrete during casting.

The Standard Lander is a concrete floor lamp with a fixed height and fixed angle head.  The shade is set at 45 degrees and a height of 1400mm, ideal as a reading lamp or secondary lighting.

The Standard Lander lamp shade is cast with a lightweight formula concrete mix. To reduce the concrete mass, the stone aggregate is replaced with expanded glass spheres. The glass spheres are made of aerated recycled glass and are just like tiny Malteasers but without the chocolate coating, and they probably don’t taste like melt in the mouth confectionary.
